Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent bilingual (Portuguese/English) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Portuguese and English languages.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
