Job Duties:

Completing survey work the usage of Trimble GPS and Total Station equipment, deciphering development drawings, and imposing designs in the field, reviewing designs and as constructed survey facts for submissions, and monitoring building growth and contract portions for month-to-month development payment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of surveying experience.
  • Completed Geomatics Engineering Tech, Civil engineering, building technologist or different associated program.
  • Driver license, smooth summary and transportation to get to/ from work
  • Ability to interpret and graph things to do to meet engineered drawings and specifications.
    Pass pre-employment health for responsibility testing
  • Preference may also be given to candidates with preceding civil development journey as it relates to earthworks, capacity to whole take offs from development drawings, a working expertise and preceding journey the usage of Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of land contracts and interdependencies with leases and wells.
  • Strong working information of complicated surveyor’s equipment and GPS equipment.
  • Strong working information of GIS, ESRI, ArcMap, Manifold, CAD and (XX) Software.
  • Self motivated, robust analytical capabilities and element oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, conversation (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as properly as in a group setting.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.
  • Proven capabilities to have interaction correctly with personnel in order to direct workflow, verify overall performance and assign duties.
  • Able to have interaction successfully with management, the public and staff.
  • Computer literacy, which include nice working capabilities of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe merchandise and e mail required.
  • High stage of essential and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to become aware of underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Ability to comply with via and entire overlapping projects
