1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Supervise and coordinate the actions of food preparation and portioning employees.
Report writing and submission
Keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
Set up work schedules.
Calculate and place an order for ingredients and supplies.
Ensure that food is served and that quality is maintained.
Respond to client complaints or concerns.
Staff should be trained in job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety measures.
Determine how to adhere to work schedules.
