Certificate of completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience
There is no prior experience.
Supervise and inspect food trolley deliveries.
Establish labor schedules by preparing food order summaries for the chef.
Knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres is required.
Respond to client complaints or concerns.
Prepare a budget and cost projections.
Employ food service personnel in a restaurant or other foodservice firm.
A catering company or fast food restaurant
Physical Capabilities and Working Conditions
Working under duress; Sitting, standing, and walking; standing for long periods of time; walking; bending, squatting, and kneeling;
Ability to manage a group of 5-10 people;
Excellent oral communication; effective interpersonal skills; team player
