Our client is looking for a social media moderator for his growing team in Berlin.

Your challenges:
Social media is a place where people can communicate with each other by sharing thoughts, ideas, feelings and information. Our team in Berlin is here to ensure that our partner’s social media platform remains a pleasant place for all users. Join our international team and help us make social media safer for everyone!

Your daily tasks are:

Evaluate content according to customer policies and guidelines
Review custom reports for offensive posts
Office support (without call output)
Ensuring a quality experience for all users according to our customers’ terms of use

Your profile:

Excellent command of Norwegian and English
High awareness of the cultural and political situation of the market/region you support
Openness to changing priorities and business processes.
Willingness to work in a team-based, fast-paced and international environment where you need to know different cultures, nationalities and languages.
Ability to work in flexible shifts (24/7)
EU citizens or who have a valid work permit in Germany
