WHAT YOU’LL DO

Food Quality

Making positive outstanding tasting, excessive high-quality meals is served
Resolving meals first-class issues
Managing meals protection which includes: Ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and imposing the Daily Food Safety Checklist and meals protection insurance policies and procedures
Customer Interaction

Resolving consumer incidents and working to make sure high-quality consumer experiences
Team Management

Managing crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
Developing and cross-training all the front of residence Crew. Assisting with Crew overall performance opinions and the decision of overall performance issues
Training and creating future Service Managers

Office Administration

Assisting with miscellaneous workplace administration obligations such as banking, money coping with insurance policies and responsibilities, and workplace paperwork
Overseeing workplace gear and making positive workplace substances are ordered as necessary
Ensuring the desirable volume of materials are reachable as needed
Troubleshooting again of residence computer systems and POS system
Miscellaneous

Ensuring the line and reach-in cooler are prepared and clean
Managing each day and weekly cleansing of the line, eating room, restrooms, and patio
Assisting with the execution of advertising and marketing promotions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Restaurant/Kitchen administration Experience ideally at Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant
Ability to recognize and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
Knowledge and ride of money coping with insurance policies and procedures
Knowledge of Food Safety and fitness branch matters
Prior workplace bureaucracy administration experience
Ability to speak, write, read, and apprehend the principal language(s) of the work location
