We are looking for restaurant managers for the Bone Daddies Ramen Team!

What are you going to do

– You monitor the bar area using regular inventory counts and make sure the bar GP is maintained.

– You are responsible for placing orders for the front of the house. This includes setting branding standards across the site and making sure we have adequate guarantees across the site.

-You are responsible for the customer service team, but with the assistance of the CEO, you will recruit, train, induce team members, and lead them on their journey as employees – you are with Bone Daddies.

– Comply with health and safety standards on the entire site.

– Work with the general manager to understand and maintain front desk labor costs.

– Work with the chef to meet food and drink specifications.
