Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Manager in a high end eating atmosphere with similar sales volume.
Post-secondary education and learning, preferably in hospitality and/or service relevant area.
Solid organization acumen, including an understanding of spending plans and running costs.
Comprehensive expertise of dining establishment procedures, food and beverage.
Excellent understanding of the upscale eating sector.
Demonstrated capability to motivate and direct others.
