Registered Nurse – Critical Care Unit

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and contribute to a supportive healthcare team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, providing compassionate and competent care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians and specialists, to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, procedures, and post-treatment care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Portugal is required.
• Proven experience in critical care or intensive care nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
