Position Summary
The Packer will be accountable for packing meals merchandise into containers or bins to make certain that every day packaging necessities are met based totally on purchaser specifications.
Pack meals merchandise from computerized traces into containers or containers
Weigh and remember merchandise and substances as required
Examine and look at merchandise in order to make sure the packing specs are met
Palletizing skids of completed product
Follow and exercise all GMP’s, HACCP and SQF protocols
Maintain cleanliness and company in the packaging area
Work in accordance with all Health and Safety insurance policies and methods and hold a secure work environment
Other responsibilities as assigned through Manager
Must have robust verbal and written conversation and interpersonal skills
Proficient potential to speak, read, write and take route in English
Good mathematical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP and SQF concepts is preferred
Ability to multi-task and control a couple of priorities concurrently in order to meet deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced work surroundings and have suitable interest to detail
