Execution of administrative activities of the branch; Supervise and coordinate the administrative procedures of the Office; Review, evaluation and implementation of new administrative procedures; Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met; Assistance in the preparation of the operating budget and the maintenance of inventories and budget controls; Collect data and create regular and specialized reports, manuals and correspondence
