As the Human Resources Manager for the Global People’s Team EU, you will be able to identify employee relations issues throughout our employee life cycle in our three separate offices (Berlin, Barcelona, ‚Äč‚ÄčLondon) with our headquarters in Los Angeles for our brand. Will be responsible for management. X Fenty (Rihanna Lingerie), Feltics (Kate Hudson Sportswear) and JustFab. They are the first point of contact for questions from employees about HR policies and procedures and play a key role in the employee experience.

This role reports to the Director of the Global People Team EU.

Responsibility:

All responsibilities are divided into three locations in Europe Berlin, London, Barcelona

      • A frequent point of contact for all general inquiries from People and Business Partners teams (eg Career Management, Labor Law, HR programs, problems with teams and managers, personal situations that arise and HR advice is required).
      • Coordination of initiatives by a global team of people in Europe (eg performance evaluation process, Great Place to Work Survey).
      • Work with staff at all levels to adopt holistic talent strategy and people team programs and to train support and influence customer groups.
      • Work as a learning manager for the organization of the European Union: Support employees in making the maximum use of their existing learning resources (Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, TechStyle Career Development Portal, etc.) and coordinate learning-related communication.
      • Monitor whether hiring approved activities are within budget and assist staff planning.
      • Manage and monitor on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
      • Develop and improve team processes of new and existing people.
      • Coordination of employee benefits.

    • Coordinate management of personnel around the life cycle of the employee at three different locations.
    • Ensure the correctness of employee data and process employee data changes in the HRIS system (processing employee data changes on a working day, including transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations).

  • Coordinate and complete review of relevant salary information, the transmission of the required information to payroll service provider and coordination of correspondence with health insurance and company pension partners.
  • Provision of reports and HR data for customer groups.
  • Documentation of best practices, procedures, concepts.
  • Support projects and special requests as needed.

  • More than 2 years of human resource experience
  • Practical mindset and desire to learn and grow continuously
  • Passion about customer service and creating an incredible experience for every TechStyle employee
  • Experience managing end-to-end employee data and ensuring data integrity across multiple online systems and manual spreadsheets
  • Ability to perform various tasks and prioritize daily tasks in addition to special ad hoc requests
  • Correctly identify problems and fix solutions to overcome process inefficiencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of questions and seeking help from the manager and/or team of people
  • Possibility to work with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous workday experience is an asset.
  • Understand how to handle confidential and confidential information

English is compulsory at an advanced level. German and/or Spanish are seen as an advantage.
