We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment strategies, foster a positive work culture, and drive talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Portugal.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and other recruitment tools.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
