- Management and collaboration with a web development team to develop new products and functions
- Develop an IT strategy to help the company achieve its long-term vision
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure web servers, email routers, DNS configurations, project installations, etc.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers to complete projects
- Establishing the scope and objectives of the project and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track and track progress

- Provide staff and directors with technical assistance, knowledge and assistance for a range of projects
- Manage IT support and related KPIs
- Support your IT infrastructure including cloud services, servers, network devices and communication services
- Maintain a business continuity plan
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software on various platforms
- Production experience with large software systems and high traffic websites

Requirement:

- Experience with full-time web development
- Good knowledge of PHP, JS, SQL, APIs, databases and web servers
- Experience with Linux, Windows, Nginx, Apache, Microsoft 365, VMware
- Experience with AGILE project management and JIRA
- State-of-the-art programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML / CSS
- A solid understanding of how web applications work

- Basic knowledge of the search engine optimization process
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to balance multitasking with a business instinct within time and budget
- Ability to work and develop in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and acquire a variety of web technologies and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is considered an advantage
- You have an IT education or current student status in IT studies
- You are very familiar with MS Windows and MS Office 365
- You have basic knowledge of network management
