Stock Plan Services (SPS) is part of Fidelity Management & Research (FMR) Workplace Investing and provides compensation management services to over 400 multinational companies from its US base. At these companies, share compensation plans are managed and maintained for more than 2 million employees. Over 400,000 of these employees are based outside the US and receive administrative support and retail brokerage services from SPS.

The Stock Plan Service (SPS) employee is responsible for handling all inquiries regarding the administration of stock plans and provides planning training to employees who participate in their employers’ compensation plans.

The representative will serve international participants from our SPS center in Kronberg.

Purpose of your role

    • Offer telephone support and help PLC participants with many questions and questions regarding the management of plans
    • Offer participants training on plans such as an equity reward and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
    • Site navigation support
    • Maintaining the participant’s account (change of address, reset PIN, etc.)
    • Actively improve processes for yourself and your team
    • The skills we are looking for

  • Has multilingual skills with knowledge of English (level C1 / 2 or Toefl 95+)
  • They have excellent customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • He has the ability to multitask and navigate in many computer systems and a passion for financial markets, services and products.
  • You are a great team member who is obsessed with customers, has a strong sense of others, and has an eye for detail and problem solving skills.

An experience you will take with you

    • Fluent in German.
