The position of Food and Beverage Consultant is now available to a passionate food and beverage professional who has exceptionally high standards and a desire to work for excellent customer service at the exclusive Orangery Restaurant at this magnificent 5-star hotel.
Our client may consider a possible deputy or restaurant/bar manager or ambitious additional commitments.

Hotel:

The company is well located in the breathtaking German landscape between Berlin and Hamburg. A short drive from the city’s largest shopping and transportation.
This first-class hotel and resort offer luxurious rooms and suites; rich lounges and bars; a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant of the highest quality; a modern and casual orangery restaurant where you can dine al fresco; a fabulous 18-hole golf course and country club; plenty of leisure and health centres, including a heated outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, treatment set, solarium; professional conference and event suits for approx. 500 guests; many activities in the countryside.

Monitoring of service areas for food and beverages ensures smooth delivery of high-quality service standards.
To be a first-class host, a practical mentor and a good role model for your team.
Adherence to excellent customer service; a desire to go beyond that; the passion to enhance the guest experience.
Monitor team well-being Induction; Education; In the horizon; Development; appropriate administrative tasks.
Consistent and efficient administration of all licensing, health, hygiene and safety legislation.
Take a reasonable tax liability when selling branches; Expenses; Payroll accounts; Operating costs; Budgets.

The Person:

Must be fluent German.
Become a proactive “starter”; large communicator; passionate motivator be able to lead a team from scratch with leadership, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Shows urgency and ambition and has a desire to make a name for himself in hospitality.
Adds detailed attention to both operationally and financially to ensure the company’s profitability and increase the reputation of the existing star.
Ensures that a uniform level of service meets and exceeds customer expectations.
At least one year’s experience in a similar/regulatory role in a quality hotel environment.
Has a personality and profile that creates a positive, professional and friendly image for guests and teams throughout the hotel.
He has self-discipline and organizational skills with a careful standard of care, and this ensures that these standards apply throughout your team.
