Supervise and coordinate the actions of food preparation and portioning employees.
Keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
Set up work schedules.
Calculate and place an order for ingredients and supplies.
Ensure that food is served and that quality is maintained.
Staff should be trained in job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety measures.
Foodservice counter attendants and food preparers are among the workers who are supervised.
