Hand-sanitize and clean plates and other things.
Dishwasher mats, trolleys, and waste disposal units should all be cleaned and sanitized.
Dishwashers should be used to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
Place dishes in the designated storage space.
Handling of Weights
