Client Settlement Support Team Lead

As the Consumer Settlement Support Group Leader, you are in charge of taking care of a team of 6-7 Customer care Reps that are supplying superb client satisfaction in a fast-paced Contact Centre atmosphere. This role would certainly be a combination of handling a team as well as the daily management functions. This duty would certainly be out of our Markham, ONT office and also would certainly require you to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

Create and upgrade Standard procedure (SOP) and also customer guides

Back up the Billing Manager if required.
Attend and also keep an eye on the training procedure for Payment Assistance operations team.
