Job Description Summary
The Cleaner will work beneath the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and operate a range of custodial responsibilities for C&W Services. Such responsibilities shall be in accordance with set up standards, instructions, and processes of C&W Services.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and different surfaces (inside buildings).
Use mild and heavy (commercial type) flooring (buffers) and shampoo machines inclusive of attachments.
Vacuum rugs in places of work and public areas. Spot smooth each day and shampoo when directed rugs. Clean and dirt furniture, show off cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, mild fixtures, and all different horizontal surfaces consisting of periodic excessive dusting.
Wash windowsills; glass in indoors doors, partition, and distinct windows.
Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot easy indoors partitions as fabulous daily.
Clean lavatories and restock paper components daily. Standard toilet approaches are to damp wipe glass surfaces, empty waste baskets, carrier cleaning soap and lavatory paper dispensers, dirt sills, easy tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.

Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs.

Performs periodic work: High dusting, leather-based and wooden surface, polishing, wall washing.

Other obligations as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

Basic cleansing duties requires no preceding experience.
Must be in a position to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to characteristic cooperatively as section of a team.
Ability to use cleansing equipment and equipment.
Use a transportable vacuum cleaner – returned pack style.
Requires interest to detail, a satisfaction in turning in gorgeous service, organization, and excessive stages of power and endurance.
