B2 level of English (written and oral)
Bachelor degree
6 months of experience in a similar role (IT support)
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Windows applications, and MS Office 365 installation/troubleshooting

Nice if you have:

1-year experience in a similar role (supported)
Microsoft Certification (Intermediate >> Microsoft MSCA)
CompTIA Difference >> CompTIA Network +, Security +
CompTIA Advanced >> CompTIA Linux +)
Active Directory experience

Knowledge of Android / iOS / Windows Phone
Linux operating system knowledge
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Microsoft Certification (Beginners >> Basics of Microsoft MCP, MTA, Microsoft 365)
Beginner >> Comptia ITF +, A +;

Day contexts

Track new ticket requests and assign them to specific tier-rated colleagues
Answers questions and inquiries about the service promptly
Provides answers for employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective actions
Create accounts for new employees on multiple platforms
Testing new technologies (new functions in Windows 10 / Office 365)
