Our customer in sunny Lisbon is looking for a Dutch-speaking customer service representative. The most important tasks and requirements are listed below:
Establish efficient, polite and personal contact with customers in Dutch by phone.
Be autonomous and don’t be afraid to add to your learning to make sure you have enough software and knowledge to stand out in the role.
Multitasking and adapting to a very dynamic environment.
