Office management assistant (f / m / d)





As a valued member of the HR and GA team, you will assist in day-to-day operations, helping to keep our team in good condition and the office environment organized and functional. You need to be well organized and have a positive attitude. We are looking for an active person who sees what needs to be done and is motivated.

Content of the work

General reception functions: handling the phone, inbox and outbox, meeting and greeting guests and arranging room reservations
Provide administrative/secretarial support in all areas and at all levels of the organization.
Management of office supplies, key infrastructure elements, coordination of cleaning services, courier services, travel reservations, dining room supplies, etc.
Assistance in fleet management and maintenance coordination of office buildings
Support for visa application procedures
Responsibility for the management and preparation of general document reports
Organization and operation of external and internal events and exhibitions
Support for various HR projects

your profile





Good command of English and German
Excellent communication skills and a safe way to conduct conversations.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CANVA, etc.
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Committed to customer satisfaction and orientation to their needs
Cultural awareness
Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
