Responsible for ship accounting and end-of-month reporting.




liabilities
Creation of a weekly cash flow forecast
Weekly solvency review
Review of bank reconciliation
Check sales invoices
Check pay slips and upload files
Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Review and approval of inventory and end-of-month processing in the accounting system
Compilation of depreciation, accrual and prepayment diaries
Preparation of the monthly ship inventory
Communication with the hotel managers and assistants to the hotel managers
Understand the different VAT areas
Communication with the auditors during the final audit
Work with other reports if necessary
Lead the team




requirement

ACCA qualification acquisition process (ideally F-modules are completed)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
We can work well with colleagues and lead a team
Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks
Ability to work well under pressure and for a set period of time
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Knowledge of MS Office software
Sage line 50 Knweldge
Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
Training is offered at work
Ready to travel two or three times a year
